As our Account Manager – HORECA, you’ll grow our presence across cafés, restaurants, bars and hotels. You’ll build strong relationships with distributor partners and key accounts, uncover new opportunities, and drive sales and market share across your territory.

This isn’t just about selling products – it’s about bringing our brands to life through the creation of innovative menu solutions which deliver on or create market trends. You will have the full support of our ambassador team and market insights to develop these menu and beverage solutions. With access to over 100 Monin syrup flavours, you will create exciting beverage and cocktail concepts that strengthen our presence in the liquor and broader beverage market.

You will represent a portfolio of market leading, globally loved brands like Monin, Biscoff, Tabasco, Hershey’s, Reese’s, and Ocean Spray, giving you variety, credibility, and ample opportunities to grow your accounts. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role in a fast-growing business where your initiative, relationship skills, and sharp commercial eye will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to increase product sales and market share across Foodservice operators, focusing on achieving quarterly sales targets and aligning with key business priorities.

• Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the café, hotel, restaurant, bar, catering, and club channels. Be the trusted advisor who understands their needs and delivers exceptional service and value.

• New Business Development: Identify, develop, and secure new account opportunities to expand our client base, increase product range, and improve distribution within the Foodservice and HORECA sectors.

• Collaboration & Team Support: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment on business objectives, sharing insights to refine strategies and meet goals effectively.

• Market Insights & Analysis: Stay attuned to industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights that support product positioning and strategic planning.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Account Manager with a strong understanding of Foodservice channels and a passion for relationship-building in the HORECA sector. You’ll bring the ability to engage clients, build trust, and drive sales growth while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and business acumen.

• Communication & Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for engaging and nurturing lasting client relationships.

• Business Acumen & Results Orientation: Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, develop new business opportunities, and contribute to company growth.
