How will you contribute?
As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking dangerous goods storage solutions. Your role is to turn warm inbound enquiries into successful sales outcomes while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll take ownership of customers across two key regions: Queensland and Western Australia, helping drive growth and expand Storemasta’s presence in these important markets.
Your responsibilities include:
- Responding to inbound calls, emails and digital enquiries
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
- Managing and progressing a strong inbound sales pipeline
- Achieving individual and regional sales KPIs
- Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities
- Collaborating closely with internal teams for quotes, logistics and customer service
- Sharing ideas to improve customer experience and internal processes
You’ll be measured on three core KPIs:
- Phone activity levels
- Conversion rates
- Regional growth for QLD and WA

What do you need?
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Experience in sales, inside sales or customer service
- A track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Excellent communication skills with confidence on the phone
- Strong organisational skills and disciplined follow-up habits
- A proactive, solutions focused mindset
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities
- A team oriented attitude and loyalty to colleagues and customers
- Intermediate digital skills, including CRM or sales systems
- A positive, vibrant approach and willingness to learn
Nice to have (not essential):
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, safety or technical products
- Previous inbound sales or account management experience
