Summary:

As a Project Manager in the Building & Construction industry, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our organisation in the Australian market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the building and construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
