Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager – Delivery to oversee and manage construction projects in Sydney, Australia. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating teams, liaising with stakeholders, and driving project success in the building and construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the building and construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
