We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant (FP&A) to join our finance team on a three‑month fixed‑term contract with an immediate start. This is a high‑impact opportunity to work closely with the CFO and contribute to key strategic financial planning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CFO to prepare the FY2026/2027 budget and three‑year financial plan
  • Design, build and maintain a robust Excel‑based 3‑way financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)
  • Provide financial analysis, forecasting and insights to support strategic decision‑making
  • Review assumptions, validate financial data and ensure model integrity
  • Support FP&A best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Management Accounting and/or FP&A roles
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and building complex Excel budget models, including full 3‑way models
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
  • Advanced Excel skills (essential)
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
  • Available to commence immediately
