SRG Hospitality is entering its next chapter of growth.
With 12 iconic venues and expansion underway toward 17+, we deliver thousands of bespoke events annually – from intimate waterfront weddings to large-scale corporate experiences across some of Sydney’s most recognised hospitality destinations.
We are looking for a commercial architect of experiences.

The Events Coordinator sits at the intersection of:

You will own the journey from first enquiry through to flawless delivery – ensuring every event reflects both the unique identity of the venue and the consistent standards of “One SRG.”
What You’ll Be Responsible For
End-to-End Event Ownership
Manage events from enquiry to post-event reconciliation, ensuring seamless handover between sales, operations and culinary teams.
Commercial Performance
Protect margin through:
- F&B minimums
- Dynamic pricing awareness
- Displacement thinking
- Upselling packages and ancillary services
- Conversion tracking and CRM accuracy
You will understand that every square metre of venue space must perform.
Operational Excellence
- Create detailed run sheets and event documentation
- Coordinate bump-in / bump-out logistics
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors
- Ensure AV, floor plans, accessibility and compliance requirements are flawless
- Remain calm and solutions-focused during live delivery
Cross-Venue Collaboration
Work across our multi-venue portfolio, dynamically allocating resources and maintaining consistent service playbooks.
You’ll think beyond one venue. You’ll think like a group operator.
Technology & AI Augmentation
Leverage platforms such as Tripleseat, Salesforce and POS integrations to ensure data integrity across booking-to-billing lifecycle.
We are investing in AI-enabled enquiry handling and predictive logistics tools — you will use technology as an augmenter, not a crutch.

Your Background
We welcome candidates from mid-level through to senior experience.
Typical profile:
- 2-5+ years in hospitality event coordination or management
- Multi-venue or high-volume experience highly regarded
- Strong CRM and event software capability
- Ability to manage multiple events concurrently
- Understanding of budgets and financial reporting
- High EQ and stakeholder management confidence
Experience in luxury, corporate or high-yield events is advantageous.
