SRG Hospitality is entering its next phase of growth.

With a growing portfolio of iconic venues across Sydney and an ambitious expansion roadmap ahead, we’re building a marketing function that can scale – strategically, creatively, and commercially.

We’re now hiring a Brand & Campaign Manager to sit at the centre of that engine.

This is a newly created role within our marketing team, designed for a senior marketer who wants ownership, leadership, and runway – not just another campaign calendar.

This role bridges strategy and execution — reporting to the Marketing Director while leading a team of Marketing Executives responsible for day-to-day delivery.

You’ll own how the brand shows up in market.

What you’ll be responsible for

Brand leadership & stewardship

  • Own and evolve SRG’s brand architecture, tone of voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, physical venues, campaigns, and launches
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand salience in a highly competitive Sydney market

Campaign strategy & execution

  • Translate business and marketing strategy into integrated, multi-channel campaign plans
  • Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels
  • Manage external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget
  • Own go-to-market planning for launches, activations, and seasonal campaigns

Commercial performance & reporting

  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and marketing effectiveness
  • Optimise budgets based on performance data and commercial outcomes
  • Speak confidently to results — ROMI, ROAS, CAC, engagement, conversion

Team leadership & development

  • Lead, coach, and develop Marketing Executives
  • Set clear priorities, standards, and ways of working
  • Build capability, confidence, and progression pathways within the team

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align marketing with business outcomes
  • Act as the central point of coordination for marketing activity across the group

What we’re looking for

This role suits a marketer who is both creative and commercial – someone who enjoys building brands and proving their impact.

You’ll likely bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience across brand, campaign, or integrated marketing roles
  • Proven experience leading campaigns end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — confident working with senior leaders and agencies
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Comfort working across multiple projects, brands, or concepts simultaneously

Experience in hospitality, FMCG, retail, or multi-brand environments is highly regarded – but not essential.
