Contract: Permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday 0900 – 1530)
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Location: Luton & South Bedfordshire
A driving license is required. a company vehicle will be provided to you.

About the Role
- Cleaning all areas of our buildings using appropriate appliances, methods and cleaning products
- Take responsibility for maintaining suitable cleaning products and ensuring they are used and available
- Provide efficient and effective cleaning support, including ensuring that security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are well maintained
- Take responsibility for emptying waste bins and taking waste to recycling plants
- Wash walls and inside windows to body height
- Work additional hours if needed
- Understand and follow Squared’s policies and procedures at all times, including
Health and Safety and Fairness
- To ensure cleaning is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety Regulations
About the Department
Cleaning and Gardening Squared (CGS) currently manages all the cleaning and gardening requirements for over 500 local rented housing units and is rapidly expanding its services into the business, private rentals, entertainment and leisure sectors.

About You
Essential Criteria
- Driving License
- Knowledge on COSHH
- Previous cleaning experience
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
Desirable (Training Can Be Provided)
- Knowledge of working with vulnerable people
- Knowledge of colour coded cleaning system
