About the role and you:
SEN is looking for a Sales Training Specialist to play a pivotal role in empowering commercial teams to thrive in the dynamic and competitive landscape of sports media. Based in the People and Culture team, the role will partner closely with the commercial teams and be responsible for designing and delivering targeted training programs that enhance sales capabilities across advertising, sponsorship and media. In this role you will ensure our teams are equipped to engage effectively with brands, agencies, and partners. The role will support ongoing development through recruitment, onboarding, sales coaching, training and performance analysis.
Our ideal candidates will:
- Increase sales team readiness through focused onboarding and training that quickly builds capability.
- Design and deliver targeted training across advertising, sponsorship, and media sales, grounded in deep sports media expertise.
- Drive revenue growth through high impact training, strengthening sales performance across key commercial areas.
- Ensure consistent capability by maintaining strong certification standards and supporting continuous skill development.
- Coach and support teams continuously, providing feedback, performance insights, and development opportunities.
- Engage and influence effectively, communicating clearly, collaborating with stakeholders, and enabling confident engagement with brands, agencies, and partners.
