About the role and you:
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Group Partnership Manager to jointly lead a high-performing Partnerships team within SEN. In this role, you will manage a group of Partnership Managers and Coordinators, ensuring the successful delivery of complex, multi-platform campaigns for key clients. You’ll play a critical role in driving exceptional customer service, strengthening client relationships and ensuring campaigns are executed on time, on budget and to the highest standard Working closely with the Sales team and senior stakeholders, you’ll oversee campaign implementation, support proposal development and lead client engagement across key touchpoints.
You’ll also be responsible for team leadership, including onboarding, training, performance management and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. A strong understanding of media assets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. The main duties include:
- Lead and manage a group of Partnership Managers and Partnership Coordinators to deliver excellent customer service and drive success across the SEN Sales Team.
- Manage a suite of key and complex SEN clients with multi-platform campaigns, requiring in-depth campaign knowledge and strong relationship management with Commercial Managers.
- Establish and maintain strong internal relationships, clear lines of communication and defined processes with key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of all campaigns.
- Oversee team communication, workflow management and the implementation of broader business projects within the Melbourne Partnerships team (e.g. adoption of technology tools and process improvements).
- Manage onboarding, training, and ongoing skill development across the Partnerships Team to ensure continuous capability growth and high performance.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in leading campaign implementation, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to a high standard.
- Proven experience in delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
- Strong team management and stakeholder engagement experience.
