Occupational Therapist Opportunities – South Coast Therapy & Support Group

South Coast Therapy & Support Group is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists at New Graduate, Senior, and Senior Team Leader levels to join our award-winning team. The Role You will support clients across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven to build independence and achieve meaningful outcomes. Working across NDIS, private practice, and aged care, you will deliver services in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings. Caseloads include functional assessments, assistive technology, home modifications, paediatrics, adult disability, and aged care.

About You

  • AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
  • Strong commitment to client-centred, evidence-based practice
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • NSW Driver Licence

For Senior and Team Leader roles, you will also demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning, experience with complex NDIS clients, and the ability to mentor or lead others.
