The Opportunity
Support children, adults, and seniors across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven to build independence, develop skills, and achieve meaningful goals alongside our multidisciplinary therapy team.
You will work across:
- NDIS
- Private practice
- Aged care
Service delivery includes homes, schools, clinics, and community settings — providing genuine variety and opportunities to grow your skills.
Casual opportunities are available with flexible hours across weekdays, after-school programs, school holiday programs, and community-based services.

About You
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or currently studying)
- OR currently studying Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology at university
- Passion for supporting people to achieve meaningful goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive approach to work
- NSW Driver Licence for regional travel
