The Opportunity

Support children, adults, and seniors across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven to build independence, develop skills, and achieve meaningful goals alongside our multidisciplinary therapy team.

You will work across:

  • NDIS
  • Private practice
  • Aged care

Service delivery includes homes, schools, clinics, and community settings — providing genuine variety and opportunities to grow your skills.

Casual opportunities are available with flexible hours across weekdays, after-school programs, school holiday programs, and community-based services.

About You

  • Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or currently studying)
  • OR currently studying Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology at university
  • Passion for supporting people to achieve meaningful goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Organised, adaptable, and proactive approach to work
  • NSW Driver Licence for regional travel
