What is a Management Associate Program (MAP)?
MAP is a 2 year bonded program which identifies, grooms and accelerates the development of talents to eventually take on a leadership role internally. You will be put through a two years acceleration programme in which you will be exposed to the following:
- Solving real business challenges that the company is facing
- Completion of at least 3 X Job rotations (Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations) in 18 months to gain exposure to different aspects of the business
- Deployment in 19th month to one of the areas rotated (This is usually done based on best performing candidate in each field) with increment package!
- There will be at least one candidate will that be deployed overseas for regional role in one of SourceSage offices in Malaysia, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong or China.
- Mentorship by senior management or leaders within the company
- Fast-track to managerial/team lead position at the end of the programme
- If you are in Finance, you may also apply for Finance Track, where you will be rotated in two areas – Ops and Finance.

Plus, you get to immerse yourself in different job functions before choosing a specific career path. This is where MAPs truly shine, because having to decide on a career path immediately post-graduation is a daunting prospect. Most of us don’t even know what we’re going to eat tomorrow, let alone do for a living 20 years from now. MAPs give you that freedom to explore various options and better understand what you like & don’t like to do.
But all this comes at a cost: places are extremely limited. If you’re serious about getting into a Management Associate Programme, be prepared to bring your A-game – you can expect to compete against hundreds or even thousands of other applicants vying for the same few positions available.

Application Process (few weeks to 1 month):
(1) Application form (as part of formal application)
(2) Self Assessment test (5-10 mins)
(3) After you pass Online Interview, there will be max two interviews (by HR, and Team Lead usually with some case studies tests)
Who are we looking for?
- Typically fresh grad with less than 1-2 years working experience
- Adaptability and flexibility to wear multiple hats in a startup
- Strong creativity and growth mindset for self improvement
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
- Good command of English, and one more second language
- Desire to work hard and succeed
- Not a time checker and someone responsible who will finish the tasks given or answer to stakeholders no matter the time and day
