Retail Assistant – Junior

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
• Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
