About the role
This is one of the most critical roles in the Australian business. You’ll play a market‑defining role, shaping repairer sentiment, driving adoption, and directly influencing product improvements in a growing Australian business backed by global capability.
The Product Adoption Manager is responsible for driving onboarding, adoption and advocacy of GT Motive solutions across the motor repairer and dealer network. Success in Australia depends on building trust with repairers and clearly demonstrating practical, workshop‑relevant value.
This is a highly field‑based role, requiring significant national travel and consistent in‑person engagement with repairers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end onboarding of repairers onto GT Motive platforms
- Deliver practical, high‑impact training (in‑person and remote)
- Clearly articulate GT Motive’s value proposition to workshop audiences
- Build long‑term relationships with repairers and dealer groups
- Support workflow alignment, integrations and UAT where required
- Act as an escalation point for complex product questions
- Provide structured feedback to Australian leadership and global product teams
- Represent the voice of repairers within the business
What you’ll bring
This role must be filled by someone deeply embedded in the automotive repair ecosystem.
Essential experience:
- Experience working within a repairer or dealer business, or
- Experience selling or implementing estimating / quoting software to repairers or dealers
- Strong understanding of workshop workflows and estimating platforms
- Established credibility with workshop owners and managers
- Ability to build trust and handle objections in relationship‑driven environments

- Relationship‑driven and commercially astute
- Confident communicator who can connect with repairer audiences
- Resilient, self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously in the field
- Practical, solutions‑focused mindset
Travel requirements
- Regular East Coast travel (occasional national travel)
- Majority of time spent in the field, visiting repairers and dealer groups
