Role Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Client Management, Australia, and working in alignment with the GT Global Product team in Spain, the Product Adoption Manager drives product adoption, integration, and optimisation across Australian insurers and strategic partners, including BMS providers.
As the key product liaison for the Australian market, the role translates local needs into clear input for the global Product team while ensuring customers are fully trained, enabled, and supported to realise product value.
This role focuses on leading onboarding, delivering effective training programs, supporting system integrations such as BMS connections, representing Australian market requirements in global product discussions, and strengthening alignment between Australian operations and the Product and Data teams in Spain.
The position can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
What you’ll do
Product Enablement & Training
Design and deliver engaging, structured training programs for insurer users
Localise onboarding materials, user guides and training documentation
Facilitate virtual and in person workshops for new rollouts and product enhancements
Identify adoption gaps and deploy targeted training interventions
Act as a trusted subject matter expert for insurers and partners
Client Integration & Technical Coordination
Gather detailed business and technical requirements from insurers and BMS partners
Convert insights into structured briefs for Global Product & IT teams
Coordinate testing, validation and go live processes
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and integration programs
Market Representation & Product Advocacy
Act as the voice of the Australian market within the global product organisation
Identify product gaps and opportunities specific to Australia
Contribute structured input into global roadmap discussions
Support business cases and market evidence to influence product prioritisation
Share insights on competitor activity and broader industry trends
Ongoing Product Support & Continuous Improvement
Act as an escalation point for complex or recurring product questions
Analyse feedback, identify root causes and propose structural improvements
Support communication of new product releases and enhancements
Ensure product workflows align with insurer operational requirements
What you’ll bring
Experience within automotive, insurance or claims ecosystems
Background in product delivery, system integration or client implementation
Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical language
Demonstrated experience delivering structured and engaging training programs
Strong analytical capability, structured thinking and excellent communication skills
Experience working within a global or matrixed organisation, desirable
Familiarity with product lifecycle processes, desirable
Experience contributing to product roadmaps or detailed requirement gathering, desirable.
