Experience & skillset required for Administrator role:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across maintenance, construction and environmental roles
- High volume, fast paced & continual growth type recruitment across Trades and Labour
- Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and site requirements
- Write, post and manage job ads across SEEK, LinkedIn and internal platforms
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, Interviews and references
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the process
- Prepare and issue employment offers and contracts
- Coordinate onboarding, inductions and pre-employment compliance
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS
- Build and maintain talent pools for future workforce needs
- Support workforce planning and pipeline development across AU
- Represent Solutions+ professionally to candidates and external partners
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Managing up to 10 – 20 roles at any one time, or even a whole States recruitment
- Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager for Maintenance and Construction
- A high level of organisation, IT capability and taking ownership is a must for this role
