Your duties will include:

  • Prepare quotes, costings and tender submissions for environmental and landscape projects.
  • Attend site inspections and tender briefings to gather project requirements and technical information.
  • Liaise with clients, operational teams and suppliers to develop accurate proposals.
  • Review RFQs, specifications and compliance requirements for tender submissions.
  • Coordinate bid documentation, templates and supporting project information.
  • Maintain tender registers, submission schedules and document control.
  • Assist with project handovers, contract documentation and bid administration.
  • Support ecological, bush regeneration and environmental projects with both office and field-based coordination.

What will you need?

  • Ability to be in Office 5 days a week, with site visits occasionally
  • Estimating, quoting or tender experience desired
  • Strong admin and organisation skills.
  • Police Check (or willing to obtain).
