Your duties will include:

  • Lead and support Natural Area Specialists across multiple sites
  • Deliver bush regeneration and invasive species management works
  • Carry out chemical, manual and ecological weed control methods
  • Implement revegetation programs using native plant species
  • Monitor ecosystem health and regeneration site progress
  • Conduct flora and fauna assessments supporting biodiversity goals
  • Restore bushland, wetlands and environmentally sensitive areas
  • Plan daily works and coordinate team schedules efficiently
  • Maintain environmental compliance, quality and site presentation
  • Complete pre-starts, reports, Take 5s and SWMS documentation
  • Promote strong WHS standards and safe work practices onsite
  • Conduct site inspections and identify risks or improvements
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders professionally onsite
  • Train and mentor staff to build team capability and consistency

What will you need?

  • Experience on ground and in team management, or similar
  • A Current Drivers’ licence (Manual or Automatic)
  • National Police Check
  • Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management or Bachelors (Highly Desirable)
