Smith Brothers Media is looking for a part-time Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team. If you’re a passionate, proactive learner who’s eager to dive into the world of digital marketing and build real-world experience, this could be the perfect start to your career.
About the Role
As a Marketing Intern at SBM, you’ll work alongside our Campaign Managers and Marketing Specialists to help deliver marketing campaigns that make a real difference for our clients. You’ll assist with everything from campaign planning and reporting to research, getting a front-row seat to how a creative agency runs.
You’ll gain experience in:
Supporting the setup, monitoring, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO and more)
Learning how to use marketing platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Agency Analytics
Helping with research, data analysis, and content preparation
Contributing to campaign briefs and creative reviews
Using project management tools like ClickUp and Harvest
Helping out with general admin duties across the office. This might include things like organising documents, setting up meeting spaces, managing supplies, or lending a hand where needed.
We’re keen to hear from candidates who are:
Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Curious, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about digital marketing
Great communicators and team players
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working to deadlines
Eager to learn from an experienced team
Bonus points if you have:
Exposure to tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or SEO platforms
Any experience with writing, content creation, or marketing coordination
Experience using Canva for basic design or content editing
