The opportunity

Our clients choose us to liquidate fleets, dispose of equipment, or free up capital tied up in assets. We handle the process end to end and connect them to the largest pool of qualified buyers in the country.

 

This is a hybrid role, phone-first with occasional client visits. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts across industrial equipment, automotive, and general assets, working closely with our BDMs and internal teams. It’s a solid platform to move into a BDM or senior AM role if that’s where you want to go.

 

What you’ll own

  • A portfolio of existing clients: building trust, growing revenue, keeping retention high
  • Spotting upsells and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts and acting on them
  • Negotiating reserves and managing clients pre-to-post sale, working alongside BDMs to deliver clean outcomes
  • Account plans and performance reporting; knowing your numbers and staying ahead of issues
  • Resolving client issues quickly and feeding their input back into how we operate

 

Who you are

You build relationships by following through. You have a deep understanding of your client’s needs, and they know they can call you, that you’ll have an answer, and that you’ll sort it if something goes wrong. You can manage a busy portfolio without dropping the ball, and you notice opportunities without needing to be pointed at them.

 

  • Experience in account management or a client-facing sales role. Industry background is a plus, but not a must, if you’re motivated to learn
  • Track record of hitting targets and growing accounts, not just maintaining them
  • Strong communicator who can handle a tough conversation as comfortably as a good one
  • Comfortable using CRM to manage your portfolio and stay across what needs attention
  • Organised and self-directed. You manage your own time, own your own outcomes and don’t need to be chased
