About the Role
Our Recoveries Administrator covers administrative function of processing recovery activities for impaired consumers and commercial equipment debts.
This entry level role provides an opportunity to candidates to learn on the job and further grow their skillset, with mentoring and learning support provided.
As permanent & full-time role, it offers hybrid flexibility – some days can be worked from home and some from the Milperra/Sydney office.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Provide administrative support to the Recoveries team, including data entry and record management
- Assist with maintaining and updating the Recoveries Portal, including supporting field agents with system use and uploads
- Collaborate with team members to identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues in line with established processes
- Manage invoicing processes and ensure accurate invoice oversight
- Support the development and maintenance of reports for management
- Respond to phone enquiries and assist with general queries in a timely, professional manner
- Contribute to a positive team environment through active participation in workplace initiatives
- Ensure alignment with company values and operational standards
- Undertake additional administrative tasks as required.
