Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Penrith, New South Wales. This permanent, full-time role is essential for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. As a key member of our call centre, you will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, playing a vital role in our business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner • Assist customers with order tracking, delivery follow-ups, and general support enquiries • Build positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions • Maintain accurate customer records and complete general administrative tasks and data entry • Liaise with internal departments to coordinate resolutions and ensure a smooth customer experience • Contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives • Assist with additional administrative and support tasks as required
