Job Title: Female Senior Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Female Senior Support Specialist to work with clients with multiple diagnoses in an all-female home setting. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality support and care to clients in need, with a strong understanding of Autism and ADHD in adults and children, knowledge of trauma-informed care, and a great understanding of mental health.

– Strong understanding of Autism and ADHD in adults and children
– Knowledge of trauma-informed care
– Understanding of mental health issues
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities:
– Provide high-quality support and care to clients with multiple diagnoses
– Develop individualised support plans for each client
– Assist clients with daily living activities as needed
– Monitor client progress and report any concerns to the appropriate supervisor
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Disability Support Worker or similar role
– Certificate III or IV in Mental Health 0r Disability Services
– Current First Aid certificate
– Mental Health first aid certificate
– Valid driver’s license
