We are open to structuring this role as either full-time or part-time to suit the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end commercial contract management activities including sourcing, tendering, and administration
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing simple to low-complex contracts (such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Contract Change Proposals (CCPs), stakeholder contractual terms and Purchase Orders) with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate and well-structured commercial documentation and reporting
  • Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and KPIs
  • Support contract risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support commercial outcomes
  • Ensure all commercial activities align with relevant policies, standards, and regulatory requirements

About you:

You are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple priorities in a structured environment. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and are motivated to build your capability in commercial and contract management.

  • Understanding of the contract management lifecycle
