The Opportunity
This is a senior commercial role for someone who builds strategic enterprise relationships, not transactional ones.
You will work across an established portfolio of approximately 60–80 enterprise accounts, focusing initially on deepening relationships, identifying underutilised opportunities, and converting
complexity into long term partnerships.
Year 1 is intentionally focused on internal account development, giving you access to a substantial portfolio and the opportunity to demonstrate impact through relationship depth, expansion and
commercial judgement. From Year 2 onwards, the role expands to include selected new enterprise business aligned to clear strategic criteria.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain senior relationships with enterprise stakeholders, including Brand Directors,
CMOs and Property leaders
- Identify and prioritise enterprise opportunities based on strategic fit, scale, margin and long‑term value
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews that surface insight, opportunity and partnership value
- Develop account plans that map stakeholders, relationships and expansion pathways
- Partner closely with State Managers (VIC, NSW, QLD, WA) to develop under‑serviced and dormant clients
- Lead discovery meetings and develop proposals that position SignManager as a strategic partner, not a vendor
- Operate with discipline across CRM and pipeline systems to provide transparency and clarity to leadership
What You Bring:
- 7–10+ years’ experience in senior sales, business development or strategic account management
- Proven experience working within complex enterprise or multi‑site environments
- Confidence engaging senior decision‑makers at Director, GM and C‑suite level
- Strong commercial judgement, with a focus on margin, risk and strategic fit
- A relationship‑first mindset, balanced with accountability and structure
- Comfort operating autonomously in a national, senior role
