Partnerships Manager Melbourne VIC (Hybrid) Permanent Part‑Time | 3–4 days per week Senior, enterprise‑level role Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 + superannuation (full‑time equivalent), pro‑rated to days worked

The Opportunity

This role is designed around two emphasis streams:

  • Enterprise Growth: shaping and progressing high‑value enterprise opportunities in complex environments
  • Enterprise Partnerships: deepening existing relationships and positioning SignManager as a trusted strategic partner

You may align strongly to one stream or bring a blend of both.

Either way, success is built on judgement, credibility, and trust – not volume or quick wins.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain senior relationships with enterprise stakeholders
  • Engage in long‑cycle conversations (6–18 months) that create real strategic value
  • Represent SignManager as a partner, not a vendor
  • Work closely with internal leaders to support enterprise engagement and growth
  • Operate with autonomy and accountability in a part‑time structure


 

What You Bring

  • Senior experience in enterprise, complex B2B, brand, marketing, agency, or strategic partnerships
  • Confidence engaging Director, GM, or C‑suite stakeholders
  • Strong judgement and a relationship‑led mindset
  • Comfort working independently across a 3–4 day week
  • Alignment to either a growth‑led or relationship‑led emphasis (or both)
