We specialise in high-performance equipment including centrifuges, vibrating machines, and water treatment solutions, servicing industries across mining, chemical, and environmental sectors.
Key Responsibilities
🔧 Technical Support & Sales Assistance
• Provide expert technical support to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with the preparation of presentations and proposals
• Support the external sales team with product information and documentation
• Develop clear, technically sound sales proposals
🤝 Customer Relationship Management
• Understand and assess customer needs and requirements
• Respond to technical inquiries and manage customer interactions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
📊 Sales Strategy & Product Development
• Contribute to sales strategy development and implementation
• Assist in analysing market trends and competitor offerings
• Maintain accurate sales records and contribute to product development initiatives
What We’re Looking For
• A background in engineering or technical sales (mechanical/process preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
