Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Casual Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team supporting individuals with disabilities. This role focuses on providing comprehensive clinical assessments and continence management services to our participants, ensuring person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to support individual care planning
  • Deliver evidence-based continence assessments and management strategies
  • Collaborate with support staff, allied health professionals, and families to implement best-practice care
  • Document findings and recommendations in alignment with NDIS and organizational standards
  • Participate in case reviews and contribute to client care planning

Essential Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Previous experience in disability support, community nursing, or similar settings
  • Demonstrated expertise in continence care and clinical assessments
  • Knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and person-centred care approach
  • Excellent documentation, time management, and communication skills
  • Valid National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working With Children Check (if applicable)
  • Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
