Diploma Room Leader – Toddler Room
Are you ready to lead an energetic Toddler Room and inspire both children and educators?
As our Room Leader, you’ll guide your team in delivering high-quality educational programs while fostering strong relationships with families and creating a positive team culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
👩🍳👩🏫 Certificate III Kitchen Hand / Educator
- Support educators with daily routines and learning experiences
- Assist children through engaging play-based activities
- Help prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
- Maintain a clean, organised and compliant kitchen environment
- Support food safety, hygiene and mealtime routines
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contribute to maintaining safe, welcoming learning environments
🌟 Diploma Room Leader – Toddler Room
- Lead the daily operations of the Toddler Room
- Mentor and support educators within your team
- Plan and implement engaging play-based learning experiences
- Build strong partnerships with families
- Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard
- Inspire a positive team culture focused on quality outcomes
🌟 What You’ll Bring
Certificate III Kitchen Hand / Educator
- ACECQA-approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain) is desirable
- Passion for early childhood education and children’s wellbeing
- Understanding of VEYLDF, NQS and child-safe practices
- Current Working With Children Check and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- A positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed
Diploma Room Leader
- ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous Room Leader or senior educator experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of VEYLDF, NQS and Assessment & Rating
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality educational programs
