Buying Product Operations Lead

Vine Apparel is a fast-growing dynamic Northern Beaches based ecommerce and retail business that has a very loyal customer base with strong connections to the local community. The brand prides itself on being effortless, affordable, and making customers feel good, all the time.

Working closely with the Founder & CEO, this role bridges Buying, Planning, eCommerce, Marketing, Creative and Operations to drive product performance from initial concept through to launch, trade and post-launch review.

This role combines commercial buying responsibility with operational execution leadership, ensuring product ranges are not only commercially strong, but also delivered efficiently, accurately and on time across the business.

Responsibilities Include

• Product development 
• Critical path management 
• PO raising and supplier follow-up 
• End-to-end product delivery from inception to launch and trade performance 
• Support pricing architecture across categories and collections
• Identify operational risks early and resolve bottlenecks impacting launch, stock flow or trade performance 
• Drive accountability, communication cadence and operational discipline across the product lifecycle
• Support assortment planning and range building

• Strong commercial and operational awareness 
• Supplier management and negotiation capability 
• Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management 
• High attention to detail
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and trade performance 
• Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills
