Procurement and Inventory Controller

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise and manage purchase orders for local and international suppliers.

• Track and expedite orders and international shipments as required.

• Track and report procurement KPIs (cost control, order accuracy etc.).

• Freight shipments optimisation.

• Inventory replenishment and ongoing management of stock items.

• Monitor international shipments and escalate issues to management promptly.

• Follow up on open orders and update delivery schedules within the system.

• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure inventory alignment with customer demand.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years experience in a purchasing and inventory control role.

• Strong understanding of inventory management and best purchasing practices.

• Proficient in MS office particularly Excel.

• Hight attention to detail and have a structured approach to tasks.

• Excellent communication skills and numerical ability.

• Strong time management and ability to work independently or in a team.
