SECA is seeking a hands-on, reliable and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for guiding a small team, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high standards across all warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of a small warehouse team.

• Actively participate in order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and dispatching.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to support their growth and performance.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock takes.

• Ensure compliance with WHS (Work Health and Safety) standards and promote a safe, organized work environment.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless order processing.

• Coordinate freight bookings and manage incoming stock from suppliers and branch transfers.

• Oversee the maintenance and safety of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.

• Perform manual handling and operate forklifts as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the warehouse.

• Provide regular reports to senior management on inventory, dispatch performance, and operational improvements.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Strong time management, problem-solving, and organisational capabilities.

• A solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control systems.

• A practical, hands-on approach with a can-do mindset.

• Confidence in using hand tools and performing manual tasks.

• A safety-conscious attitude with a keen eye for detail.

• The ability to remain composed under pressure and lead by example.

• A valid driver’s license and fork license, with the ability to support delivery operations if needed.
