Description

Sevenfold Property Group is seeking an experienced Property Management Assistant/Junior to join our team in Brisbane.

You’ll be working closely with our Senior Property Manager, providing support across all day to day tasks including routine, entry & exit inspections, maintenance coordination, and client communication.

About the Role

  • Supporting the Senior Property Manager across a well managed portfolio throughout Brisbane.
  • Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Assisting with leasing activities and inspections
  • Communicating professionally with tenants and landlords
  • Helping to prepare for QCAT (if required)
  • General administration and property related tasks

About You

You’re a capable and confident property management professional with a solid understanding of what it takes to manage a portfolio and a genuine interest in contributing to a team.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management or a similar role
  • A current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • A valid Queensland driver’s licence
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using property management software (experience with Console Cloud is a bonus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A reliable and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
