Description

We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer with minimum 1–2 years’ experience to join our team in a unique hybrid role that offers the best of both worlds. You’ll split your time approximately 50/50 between an inner northside client site and our Milton office, supporting end users onsite while also being part of our experienced Service Desk team.  (Parking is available at both sites!)

About the role

In this role, you’ll be a key support contact for one of our clients while also contributing to our wider Service Desk function. You’ll provide a mix of onsite and remote support, work closely with internal teams, and build broad experience across end-user support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving Level 1–2 incidents and service requests.
  • Managing calls, tickets, monitoring alerts and escalations.
  • Provide remote and onsite support across client infrastructure.
  • Work with vendors/third parties when required.
  • Handle user administration across Microsoft cloud services.

Experience you bring:

You’ll ideally have minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a technical support environment, preferably within an MSP, along with:

  • Microsoft Office 365 (Entra, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint & Teams).
  • Windows desktop and server environments.
  • Ability to use PowerShell commands and basic scripts.
  • Solid desktop support including remote support.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on client service.
