The Role
Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient coordination, and delivery of projects across the organisation, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
In this office-based role, you will leverage strong organisational and coordination skills to support project delivery through structured, process-driven work in a fast paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and maintain project processes and systems, including document control, reporting, meeting administration, site inspections and communications
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of project documentation, including budgets, tenders, contracts, Capex and purchase orders
- Support Capex and purchase order administration, including approvals, record keeping and invoicing
- Liaise with Finance team to assist with contract payments and funding drawdowns
- Provide general administrative support and assists with onboarding new members
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality across all documentation and communication.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in project and/or contract administration within construction or engineering, or a general property related field.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A desire to work toward becoming a Project Manager
