As part of our Positive Behaviour Support team, you will join a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment focused on empowering people with disability to live safer, more independent and fulfilling lives. This opportunity is available on either a full-time or part-time basis and offers strong clinical support, reflective supervision and flexible working arrangements. You will be supported to deliver evidence-based, person-centred support across homes, schools, workplaces and community settings.
About the Role
As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality PBS services to participants across SensesWA and external referrals. You will work closely with individuals, families and support networks to develop and implement person-centred behaviour support strategies that uphold dignity, choice and quality of life.

What You Will Bring

Essential Requirements
- Registration as a Core or Proficient Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner OR relevant Allied Health qualification with current PBS certification and registration at core or proficient level
- Minimum 1 year experience delivering PBS services
- Experience in practical application of session planning, rapport building, information gathering, identifying restrictive practices and risks, completing functional behaviour assessments, developing proactive strategies, writing behaviour support plans, and providing training, implementation and ongoing monitoring
- Recognition of approved reconsideration for new/entry level suitable practitioners
- Understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission PBS Framework and relevant disability legislation
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
- Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening and First Aid Certificate
- Valid Australian working rights
