About this role

We’re looking for an Operations Officer who brings precision, pace and ownership to their work. Someone who doesn’t just process tasks, but actively looks for ways to improve how things run for customers and teammates alike.

What you’ll do

  • Process time-critical cash, trading and stock transfer activities accurately and on time
  • Manage reconciliations, settlements and account maintenance
  • Work closely with Customer Support, brokers and internal teams to resolve issues end-to-end
  • Spot risks, inefficiencies or errors early — and help fix them
  • Contribute to improving operational processes and ways of working
  • Actively identifies inefficiencies within existing processes and suggests improvements.
  • Assists in the implementation of new processes or enhancements to existing workflows, working closely with the team to ensure effective execution.

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, SLA-driven environments
  • Strong attention to detail, balanced with good judgement
  • A proactive mindset — you take ownership and look for better ways to work
