Position
Part-Time Sales Associate
Location: Robina Town Centre, Gold Coast QLD
Pay: Starting from $28 per hour + Super + applicable award rates
Pay Bonus: Additional 10% quarterly based on store performance
Store Operating Hours*:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (8:30am – 4:30pm)
Thursday (9:00am – 9:00pm)
Sunday (10:00 am – 4pm)
*Opening & closing shifts will include an additional 30 minutes for store operational tasks.
About the Role
As a Sales Associate at See’s Candies,
you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while
supporting daily store operations. You’ll help customers discover their
favorites, build custom chocolate boxes, and create memorable experiences that reflect the See’s tradition.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service
- Offer product recommendations and guidance
- Provide allergen and product information
- Assist customers with gifts and custom chocolate boxes
- Deliver a premium See’s customer experience
Sales & Operations
- Operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions
- Prepare custom chocolate boxes for customers and online orders
- Facilitate click-and-collect and in-store pickups
- Maintain clean, organized displays
- Restock and rotate product
- Support sales goals and store targets
Store Presentation
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
- Restock displays and merchandise
- Support seasonal merchandising and promotions
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
