About the Role 

We are seeking TWO Senior Solution Sales Specialist (one in Brisbane, one in Sydney) to drive business growth within a dedicated state. This is an internal Seers Digital role, responsible for generating new business, managing strategic accounts, and positioning Seers Digital’s solutions with enterprise and government clients. 

This role suits a proactive, market‑facing sales professional who enjoys being out in the field – building relationships, initiating conversations, and converting opportunities into long‑term partnerships. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own and execute a state‑based sales strategy aligned to Seers Digital’s growth objectives 
  • Achieve individual revenue targets and maintain a minimum 3:1 pipelinetorevenue ratio 
  • Identify, qualify, pursue, and close new enterprise and government opportunities 
  • Build and expand relationships with existing clients while securing new logos 
  • Actively generate opportunities through outbound engagement, networking, and face‑to‑face meetings 
  • Lead and contribute to tenders, proposals, and client responses in collaboration with pre‑sales and delivery teams 
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support the establishment of MSAs and government panel arrangements 
  • Represent Seers Digital at industry events and client forums as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador 
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) 
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships aligned to Seers Digital’s portfolio and growth strategy 

 

About You 

You will bring: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in solution or digital sales within an ICT services environment 
  • A proven track record of winning and growing enterprise or government accounts 
  • Experience selling Microsoftbased platforms and services 
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and procurement processes 
  • An established network of senior stakeholders and decision‑makers 
  • Commercial confidence in negotiating large, multi‑year deals 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • A self‑driven, accountable mindset with a strong appetite for new business acquisition 
  • Familiarity with government procurement, MSAs, and panel arrangements
