About Seers Digital
Seers Digital is an Australian consultancy delivering complex, high‑quality programs and solutions for enterprise and government clients. We are partnering closely with one of our customers to design, deliver, and embed Salesforce solutions that are secure, scalable, and fit for purpose.
We are currently seeking experienced Salesforce delivery specialists to support the delivery of a client Salesforce project, contributing across design, delivery, change, and quality.
The Opportunity
We are looking for specialists in their discipline who can contribute effectively within a structured delivery environment, work closely with client stakeholders, and help ensure the project is delivered to a high standard.
Roles We Are Hiring (7 Total)
Each role will contribute across multiple activities aligned to the project scope and delivery requirements.
Business Analyst (Salesforce)
Responsibilities include:
- Leading business and process analysis activities
- Capturing and documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Supporting solution design, backlog refinement, and sprint activities
- Working closely with client stakeholders and technical team members
Project Manager / Delivery Lead (Salesforce)
Responsibilities include:
- Managing delivery of Salesforce work packages and milestones
- Overseeing scope, schedule, risks, issues, and reporting
- Coordinating Seers Digital and client resources
- Supporting Agile and/or hybrid delivery approaches
Change Manager (Salesforce)
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering change management activities for Salesforce implementations
- Performing impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Developing and executing communications and training approaches
- Supporting adoption and transition into business‑as‑usual
Salesforce Architect / Technical Lead
Responsibilities include:
- Providing solution and technical oversight for Salesforce implementations
- Contributing to architecture, integration, and design decisions
- Ensuring alignment to Salesforce best practice and project standards
- Supporting and guiding technical build activities
Salesforce Technical Consultant
Responsibilities include:
- Configuring and building Salesforce solutions
- Supporting development, configuration, and integration activities
- Troubleshooting issues and supporting deployments
- Working closely with Architects, BAs, and Test roles
Test Lead (Salesforce)
Responsibilities include:
- Defining and managing the test approach and test plans
- Coordinating testing activities across the project lifecycle
- Managing defects, test reporting, and quality assurance
- Working with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
Salesforce Tester (Manual / Automated)
Responsibilities include:
- Executing functional, system, integration, and regression testing
- Supporting automated testing where applicable
- Validating requirements and supporting release activities
What We’re Looking For
Across these roles, we are seeking individuals who:
- Have proven experience delivering Salesforce or enterprise platform projects
- Are comfortable working in client‑facing delivery environments
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Take ownership of outcomes and contribute to high‑quality delivery
Salesforce certifications and experience in regulated or complex environments are highly regarded.
Key Requirements
- Must be based in Australia, with full working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Must be able to attend client sites if required (Sydney)
- Must meet eligibility and security requirements relevant to client engagements
