Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Power Platform Developer to design, build, and extend innovative solutions using PCF Controls, model-driven apps, Canvas apps, Copilot Studio, Power Pages and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with public sector stakeholders to reimagine service delivery and elevate citizen engagement. You’ll also play a key role in pre-sales activities, contributing technical expertise and compelling demos to support proposals. With an expectation that you bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platform and Dynamics 365, bringing with you deep knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and custom connectors — plus the ability to extend Dynamics using JavaScript, C# plugins and workflows. Your passion for human-centred design and business process improvement, combined with strong communication skills, documentation and agile team experience, would make you a perfect fit for this transformative role.
What You’ll Do:
– Design, Build and extend solutions using Power Platform (Model-driven and Canvas apps, Power Automate) and Copilot Studio.
– Design, support and deliver PCF controls, C# customisation and JavaScript extensions
– Collaborate with public sector stakeholders to transform service delivery and citizen engagement.
– Support pre-sales activities, including demos and technical input for proposals.
What You Bring:
– Strong skills in building Power Platform Solutions (Model-driven apps, Canvas apps, Power Automate) and custom connectors.
– Strong skills / good experience in Azure and its feature set (Azure Functions, Key Vault, Data Factory, Security Groups and Logic Apps)
– Curiosity mindset adopting maturing patterns and techniques, particularly within AI features.
– A passion for business process improvement and human-centred design.
– Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with a team.
– Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Certifications:
– PL-200 Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant.
– PL-400 Power Platform Developer.
Bonus Skills:
– Demonstratable experience with Co-pilot Studio, AI-infused workflow, or Azure Open AI integration.
– PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect.
– Dynamics 365 Certifications.
