Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service professional to join our growing team on a fixed-term maternity leave contract through to late January 2027.

This is a full-time position working 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, offering consistent hours with no weekend work. It’s a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role within a global business, gain exposure to high-profile architectural projects, and build your experience within a supportive and high-performing team.

As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you will play a vital part in ensuring exceptional service across all touchpoints.

You will triage incoming calls and emails, provide accurate product information, and identify opportunities to support the sales pipeline. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will help drive positive customer experiences and contribute to Sculptform’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming calls and enquiries, providing prompt, professional service • Deliver accurate product information and first-contact resolutions where possible • Identify lead opportunities from customer interactions and assign accordingly • Maintain high standards of customer focus and productivity across all interactions

About You

• A strong customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks • Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented • Driven to meet KPIs and thrive in a fast-paced environment • A positive attitude and team-player approach • Previous customer service or sales support experience highly regarded • An interest in design, architecture, or building products is an advantage
