Cleaning Team Members | Bayswater

We are a rapidly growing, commercial cleaning company with branches in all Australian States & Territories. Smart Corporate Services providing services to some of Australia’s leading brands and looking for a dynamic team of Cleaning staff to create a clean and orderly environment for our clients – a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening a venue’s reputation.

Reporting to the customer service manager, the cleaning staff will live the SCS’s Core Values of Passion, Accountability, Integrity, and Respect.

Ideally, you will have a background in the commercial cleaning environment, be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and a highly reliable Individual.

Working days: Monday to Friday (Night Shift) – Part-time 6.5 hours a day between 6 pm – 3 am

The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cleaning and maintaining paint booths to industry standards
  • Removal of paint overspray and residue
  • Cleaning of floors, walls, filters, and surrounding work areas
  • Ensuring all equipment and surfaces are maintained to high safety and quality standards
  • Notify Management/customer service manager of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate.
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Previous experience in Paint Booth cleaning is highly desirable
  • Understanding of industrial cleaning processes (preferred)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong and clear communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail in cleaning.
  • Committed to delivering excellent service & meet quality standards.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Able to provide a National Police Clearance upon request.
  • Should have legal working rights in Australia
