Who We’re Hiring:
• HC or MC Licensed Drivers or Strong HR Licence (prepared to Upgrade to HC Licence)
• Plant Operator Experience
About Us: ScreedPro is Australia’s leading screed pump truck company. With a fleet of 34 trucks operating nationwide, we manufacture and pump high-performance floor screed and self-levelling compounds for tilers, flooring contractors, and builders across a wide range of construction projects.
What We Offer:
• Permanent full-time role with guaranteed hours
• Plenty of overtime available
• Competitive pay rates:
• Base: $40/hr + super ($0.25 increase at the end of every 3 months, capped at 5 years)
• Overtime: $55.50/hr + super
• Saturday: $60/hr + super
• Sunday & night: $80/hr + super
• 17.5% annual leave loading
• Weekly pay
• Monthly RDOs
• Paid on-the-job training—no prior experience required
We’re Looking For People Who Are:
• Reliable and safety-conscious
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Positive team players with a strong work ethic
• Respectful and professional in all interactions
Requirements:
• Valid HC, MC or HR licence
• White card
• Solid driving record and confidence reversing into tight spaces (we’ll request a copy of your driving history)
• Excellent car trailer/caravan reversing handling skills
Your Day-to-Day:
• Load your truck with materials (sand and cement) at our Somerton depot
• Conduct daily pre-start checks
• Drive to one customer site per day (average 10–12 hour shifts, Monday–Friday, starting approx. 5am)
• Safely set up and operate the pump truck
• Complete basic electronic documentation via mobile apps
• Keep your truck and equipment clean and well-maintained
