About the Role
As our Training Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging training programs that elevate the capability of our sales teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about enabling others to succeed.
You’ll collaborate with leaders and team members to deliver high-quality training experiences that simplify processes, build confidence, and drive measurable sales outcomes. You’ll also act as a trusted advisor, coaching and mentoring individuals to ensure skills are embedded and applied on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and evaluate sales training programs tailored to business needs
- Facilitate engaging sessions that simplify processes and drive adoption across teams
- Partner with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to build confidence and capability
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
- Support onboarding of new sales staff with structured training and development plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure training aligns with business objectives
About You
- Proven experience in sales training, facilitation, or a similar L&D role
- Strong background in sales, business development, or account management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Skilled in simplifying complex processes and making learning practical and actionable
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Background in education, L&D, or professional services is highly desirable
