About the Role
As a Sales Consultant at Scentia, you’ll work with warm leads (no cold calling!) and use your consultative sales skills to guide learners through their journey. You’ll manage your own pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, and help people take the next step in their personal or professional development.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads across one of our three business units
- Advise prospective students on course options, career outcomes, and eligibility
- Conduct phone meetings to assess suitability and guide enrolment decisions
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Learning Solutions teams
- Stay informed on market trends and contribute ideas to enhance offerings

About You
- 2+ years of outbound/inbound telesales experience (education or professional services preferred)
- Proven success in a consultative sales environment
- Strong understanding of learning and development products
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proactive, organised, and passionate about helping others grow
