Are you a relationship-driven Account Manager who thrives on growing strategic client partnerships and delivering commercial outcomes? We’re looking for someone to manage and expand high-value accounts, driving long-term client success.

This is more than a traditional account management role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape solutions that support organisational capability and growth.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of key clients, focusing on retention, growth, and strategic engagement. You’ll partner with clients to understand their priorities, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that create real value.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive engagement and retention
  • Lead regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery

Client Growth & Expansion

  • Identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts
  • Expand across business units and departments
  • Lead solution conversations aligned to client needs and market trends
  • Drive renewals, extensions, and long-term agreements

Client Engagement & Advisory

  • Provide insights and recommendations to support client capability goals
  • Engage with senior stakeholders on learning and development needs
  • Translate client requirements into clear, actionable solutions

Commercial & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking (Salesforce)
  • Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Support contract discussions within commercial guidelines

Market & Innovation

  • Stay informed on industry trends and client challenges
  • Contribute to new ideas, solutions, and continuous improvement

About You

You’re commercially minded, proactive, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders in complex environments.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in B2B account management or consultative sales
  • Proven ability to grow and retain client accounts
  • Experience working with government or enterprise clients (highly regarded)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
