Description

Join SAVVY’s Physiotherapy Team!

Passionate about transforming lives through tailored rehabilitation programs? This is an Expression of Interest for dedicated Physiotherapists looking to join our dynamic team on a casual or contractor basis.

About Us:

SAVVY offers clinical services alongside a strong recreational and fitness offering. SAVVY is a community that supports people to achieve their goals, using holistic, evidence-based exercise and therapy for all people on their own fitness, rehabilitation and wellbeing journey.

We recognise that no two people are the same – our clients come from different backgrounds, with different starting points and varied goals and expectations about their treatment and fitness options. Understanding this is at the centre of our approach and therefore providing experiences tailored to the individual is our goal.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a compassionate individual to join our team on a casual or contractor basis, ready to support clients with diverse conditions and comorbidities.

You will:

  • develop and implement tailored recreational and clinical programs for clients, including services across NDIS, Home Care, Residential Aged Care, Workers Compensation, DVA, Medicare, and private clients;
  • prescribe and deliver tailored exercise rehabilitation and therapies using specialised equipment, providing safe, evidence-based clinical care in consultation with clients;
  • be able to seamlessly assume responsibility for an existing mixed caseload, including Neurological Rehabilitation, Aged Care, and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy clients,
  • be able to quickly assess client progress, and deliver high-quality, continuous care from any stage of the treatment plan; and
  • be flexible to deliver treatments outside standard business hours when required.

Candidates will possess a Current Working with Children Check, have received two doses of COVID-19 vaccination, have annual influenza vaccination, be willing to undertake a National Police History check and have valid Right to Work status in Australia.

About you:

We need someone with a blend of skills and experiences, including:

  • fully qualified Physiotherapist with experience across different age groups and abilities;
  • full registration with AHPRA, SIRA and PRODA, as well as current professional insurances;
  • ability to build strong patient relationships and work both autonomously and within a team;
  • generalist skills to handle diverse conditions and treatments, in various environments including clinic, community and residential care;
  • passion for making a positive impact on people’s health and fitness journey!

Why should you join us:

  • Working in a fun, client focused and team environment;
  • Access to company wellbeing initiatives and services including a free Savvy Fitness Membership, access to the Healthy Body and Mind Hub and access to discounted store gift cards;
  • Employee Referral (Refer a Friend) Scheme;
  • Access to a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing 24-hour a day, 7-day a week confidential counselling and online resource library.

If you’re ready to make a real difference in people’s lives, and meet the criteria for the role, we want to hear from you!

SAVVY is committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion. We strive to create an equal employment environment where everyone from any background can be themselves.
