The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing for Sansoni Management. With a focus on customer acquisition, conversion, reactivation, and retention, this role is critical in driving sustainable growth and increasing customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and execute digital marketing for Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and SEO.
  • Oversee campaign execution to deliver measurable results and revenue growth.
  • Translate business objectives and commercial targets into clear digital plans across the full funnel.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver targeted, performance-driven campaigns that support loyalty and engagement goals.
  • Use customer data, segmentation, and personalized messaging for stronger campaign performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through testing, insights, and analytics to inform decision-making and scale performance marketing efforts.

Key capabilities

  • Extensive digital marketing experience, with deep expertise in full-funnel strategy and multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and performance.
  • Experience working with major publishers like Meta, Tiktok and Google to plan and execute effective campaigns.
  • Track, analyse, and report on KPIs for discovery and engagement campaigns, with a focus on reach, impressions, engagement and conversions.
  • Proficient in marketing technology tools, including analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, as well as customer data platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, extract actionable insights, and inform channel optimization and decision-making.
  • Apply a data-driven mindset, leveraging A/B testing and optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and foster customer loyalty.
  • A passion for customer engagement and digital innovation.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
